SHIPPING POLICY
UK DELIVERIES
We dispatch UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value.
Exclusions may apply to some promotions. We regret that discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on adrianlj45@hotmail.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace products that have been used.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
